A digital notice board for your office, on any screen
ORKESTA turns your company's screens into a digital notice board: notices, internal news, rotas, procedures and a welcome for visitors. Update them from your laptop or phone, give each notice a start and an end date, and the screens at every site update on their own. It doesn't connect to your intranet or business software: you prepare the content. You pay per screen, from €18 a month, with a 14-day free trial.

What to put on your digital notice board
Eight common uses for offices, factories, warehouses and companies with several sites. You can start with a single screen.
Notices and internal news
A new colleague, a holiday closure, a change of procedure: the notice appears on the dates you choose and disappears on its own, with no forgotten sheets left on the cork board. There's a dedicated template in the Corporate category.
Departments and shifts
On the shop floor or in the warehouse, where not everyone reads email: this week's rotas, department notices, canteen hours. Each screen shows its own department's content.
Safety and procedures
Reminders about protective equipment, department procedures, useful numbers: content prepared by whoever handles safety, on display where it's needed. They're reminders: they don't replace training or mandatory safety signs.
Targets and results
This month's targets, project progress, the results of an initiative: publish them as an image or a template and update them when they change. The figures don't flow in from your systems by themselves.
Reception and visitors
A welcome for a visiting client, a company presentation, product videos in the waiting area. Schedule the message for the day of the visit and it disappears afterwards.
Events and initiatives
Training sessions, company events, charity drives, a survey with a QR code to scan on the phone: each initiative stays on screen from launch to deadline.
Several sites, one control room
Group news at every site, local notices only where they apply. See from one place whether each screen is online and, from the Pro plan, create a venue for each site and delegate with different roles.
Time, weather, news and calendar
From the Pro plan you can add widgets: a clock, the weather, news from an RSS feed and upcoming events from a public Google Calendar. They update themselves, with nobody touching them.

Email and cork board, or a screen? A quick comparison
Email, the intranet and a paper notice board are still useful. A screen reaches the people they miss: those who don't work at a desk and those who walk past without stopping.
| What matters | Email and paper notice board | Digital notice board |
|---|---|---|
| Who sees it | Email reaches whoever opens it; paper reaches whoever stops at the board. | Anyone who passes the screen, computer or not. |
| Out-of-date notices | They stay up until someone takes them down. | Every piece of content has a start and an end date: it comes and goes on its own. |
| Several sites | An email to everyone, or a sheet to print at each site. | From the same dashboard: shared by every site or different for each one. |
| What you need | An email address for everyone, or paper and a board. | A monitor or TV, a media player if the TV isn't supported, and a fee of €18 per screen per month. |
| If the connection drops | The paper board stays where it is. | The last content received stays on screen; changes arrive once it's back online. |
Email and a notice board are enough in a small office where everyone works at a computer.
A screen helps if you have production areas or warehouses, several shifts, several sites, or information that changes every week.

How it works, in four steps
All you need is a screen, a connection and an account. Every tool is listed on the Features page. If you need something ORKESTA doesn't do, such as data pulled from your intranet or business software, Sygnaptica can build it for you: see Services.
Connect the screen
Launch ORKESTA on the reception, canteen or shop-floor screen and pair it with your account using the QR code or an 8-digit PIN. It works the same way on every platform.
Prepare your content
Start from a template, such as those in the Corporate category or Info Board, and write your notices, news and rotas. Upload images, videos and PDFs to the media library.
Arrange and schedule
Put your content in a playlist and choose what plays on each screen and when: group news everywhere, rotas only in the department, a notice only until its deadline.
Update and check remotely
Publish a notice from your phone and see whether every screen is online, at every site. If the connection drops, the screen keeps showing the last content it received.

Which screens it runs on
ORKESTA runs on 9 platforms and needs no ORKESTA hardware: use the smart TVs or monitors already in your offices, or plug in a supported device. The platform is optimised for Fire TV. Not sure about your model, or which screen to buy? Sygnaptica can recommend the right one and, on request, install and set it up: get in touch.

What it costs
You pay a monthly fee for each connected screen: it covers the software, the screen itself isn't included. Every figure is the final price, no VAT added (Italian flat-rate tax scheme). Even the Basic plan includes templates, scheduling and remote monitoring.
- Basic: €18 per screen per month, up to 5 screens
- Pro: €32 per screen per month, up to 10 screens, with multiple users and widgets
- Enterprise: €45 per screen per month, for groups and multi-site companies with 15 or more screens
Annual billing saves 20%. For example, a company with one screen at reception and one in the canteen, on the Basic plan, pays €36 a month, or €28.80 a month billed annually. You start with a 14-day free trial; plans and the price configurator are on the Pricing page.

Digital notice board FAQ
No. ORKESTA doesn't connect to intranets, business software or HR tools and doesn't pull data by itself: you publish notices, rotas and figures from the dashboard. If you need data taken automatically from your systems, Sygnaptica can build that link for you: see custom development in the Services section.
Partly. From the Pro plan the calendar widget shows upcoming events from a public Google Calendar: if the room's bookings are kept there, the screen shows them. You can't book from the screen and ORKESTA doesn't connect to other booking systems; you can also type the day's schedule yourself into the meeting room template. For a room display linked to your booking system, Sygnaptica can build one for you (Services section).
ORKESTA shows whatever you upload. People's names, photos and results are personal data: before putting them on a screen that visitors can see too, check with whoever handles data protection in your company.
In the European Union, on Oracle Cloud servers in the Netherlands: that's where the content you upload for your screens and your account data are kept.
Yes, from the Pro plan: invite colleagues and give each one a role. An admin runs the venue, an editor creates and edits content, a viewer can only look; the owner is whoever opened the account. For example, HR publishes notices as editors and reception checks the status of the screens as viewers. If each site should only see its own screens, create a venue, a separate workspace, for each site and invite people only where they're needed.
Yes, if they're Samsung smart TVs from 2018 or LG from 2016. Otherwise all you need is an HDMI input to plug in a supported device, such as a Fire TV Stick or an Android TV box.
On the Basic plan, €36 a month billed monthly, or €28.80 a month billed annually. That's the final price, no VAT added (Italian flat-rate tax scheme). The screen and any device you plug into it are extra.
Yes, there's a 14-day free trial: connect a screen, publish your first notices and see who actually reads them before you choose a plan.
