What it costs
You pay a monthly fee for each connected screen: it covers the software, while screens, monitors and LED walls aren't included. If you need them, Sygnaptica can recommend the right ones and install them on request. Every figure is the final price, no VAT added (Italian flat-rate tax scheme). Even the Basic plan includes templates, scheduling and remote monitoring.
- Basic: €18 per screen per month, up to 5 screens
- Pro: €32 per screen per month, up to 10 screens, with multiple users and widgets
- Enterprise: €45 per screen per month, for stand builders, AV services and rental companies with 15 or more screens
Annual billing saves 20%. For example, a booth with two screens, on the Basic plan, pays €36 a month billed monthly, or €28.80 a month billed annually. You start with a 14-day free trial; plans and the price configurator are on the Pricing page.

The screen keeps showing the last content it received, so it's worth loading the playlist before the doors open. Changes arrive once the screen is back online.
Launch ORKESTA on the screen or media player and pair it with your account using the QR code or an 8-digit PIN, on any platform. Prepare the playlists in advance at the office and assign them to the screens as soon as they're connected.
Yes, if they're Samsung smart TVs from 2018 or LG from 2016. Otherwise all you need is an HDMI input to plug in a supported device, such as a Fire TV Stick or an Android TV box.
Yes. Set the screen's rotation to 90° or 270° in its settings: ORKESTA rotates the picture so your content shows the right way up. Almost every template also comes in a portrait (9:16) version.
Yes, from the Pro plan. Create a venue, a separate workspace, for that booth's screens and invite the exhibitor as an editor: they upload and change their own content and don't see the other booths. You remain the account owner and keep control of every screen.
Yes. All screens sit in the same dashboard, in any city: see whether each one is online and change the content of one booth without touching the others.
